For example , in 2014 we installed one set model 300 fried instant noodle production line in Saudi Arabia. The problem we met is that waving former had problem. So waving shape was not good while producing. In the end we adjust the divider,match rolling machine speed with net belt speed again . Then we sloved it .
In 2017 we exported one set model 600 dried instant noodle production line to indonesia. There are some problems of dryer . In the end we found that the chain is a little thin. So this probelm gave us a lesson and now we know we must use better and better material like chain, motor,speed reducer, bearings .
